Core Concerns of the Petition
Targeted Individuals (TI): People who are deliberately influenced, weakened, or isolated through electromagnetic or neurotechnological means.
Microwave, ELF, and HF Waves: Radiation effects on the central nervous system without physical contact.
Symptoms: Sleep disturbances, pain conditions, muscle twitches, hallucinations, heart palpitations, memory impairment, and loss of speech.
Technological Control: Influence over the body, thoughts, and behavior—mostly indoors, at night, through walls or devices.
Stigmatization: Affected individuals are considered mentally ill instead of receiving help.
Legal Vacuum: No laws, no protective measures, no institutional recognition.
